It is understood that Wang’s cultivation base of Shiitake covers an area of more than 10 acres, more than 20 greenhouses are orderly arranged. Several tens of thousands mushroom bags are placed in greenhouses. Shiitakes can be cultivated in Winter and Summer, in Nanchong Area, due to local climate, the cultivation will be settled in Autumn and Winter. In summer, the temperature is too high, improper management will directly affect the yield and quality of Shiitakes, phenomenons of rot will happen in some situations. In order to guarantee the success of cultivation in summer, Wang adopted two layers of sunshade net and increased water-spraying to decrease temperature in summer, which not only guaranteed successful fruiting, but also got good output, it is estimated that each greenhouse can produce more than 2000 Jin of Shiitake.
